Like you, I often feel that my life has turned out very differently than my family and friends. We didn't plan for our lives to turn out this way. But we don't want to live in the sadness. After walking through my own childless journey and finding healing and meaning in my life, I vowed to help others in their journey. There is life after the suffering of being childless. The loss of not having children doesn't go away. It's a part of us that we didn't choose. We don't really "get over" it, just like we don't get over other difficult life events that cause us to suffer. But we can find a way to move forward, heal from the pain and create a meaningful life for ourselves. How this is done is very personal and specific to each individual person.

You will have the support, guidance and resources you need to implement the changes you want to make.
Coaching sessions with me will include:
- Individual coaching sessions through Zoom on a weekly/biweekly/monthly basis
- Identifying together the areas of your life where you want to create positive change
- Creating goals with action steps to achieve those changes
- Verbal or text support in between sessions
- Resources that help to give you support and inspiration
